هبة الله بن حسن بن منصور طبری، ملقب به ابوقاسم رازی و حنبلی لالکائی آملی محدث، متکلم، حافظ و شافعی فقیه و اشعری بی‌یه که آمل آدم بی‌یه.[۳][۴][۵] ونه معروف استاد ابوالاسحاق اسفراینی و ونه معروف شاگرد خطیب بغدادی بینه.[۶][۷][۸][۹][۱۰][۱۱][۶]
